Accenous Integrals receives inquiries submitted through this website. Contact hello@accenous.com with questions about your information or this notice. Our public contact locations are listed on the Contact Us page. This notice describes the website inquiry workflow currently implemented.
Information you choose to submit
Inquiry forms collect the name, email address, company, selected services, message and optional phone number that you enter. Job and internship forms also collect the professional, academic, location, availability and portfolio or résumé-link information requested by those forms. Please avoid including passwords, financial credentials or sensitive client records in a general inquiry.
We use the information to understand the request, contact you and review the relevant project, collaboration or application. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How the forms are processed
Website requests are processed through our Vercel hosting setup. Accepted submissions are saved through Supabase in our Mumbai-region project. Resend sends an internal notification to hello@accenous.com using the notify.accenous.com sending domain. The configured Resend domain region is US East; delivery also involves the recipient mailbox service.
These service providers may process information in different countries. The inquiry includes a submission reference for reliable retries. The server also uses a derived network identifier for abuse prevention and rate limiting, rather than publishing a visitor IP address in the inquiry message. Service-provider infrastructure may maintain its own operational logs.
Browser storage and measurement
The branded introductory loader uses session storage to remember that it has already appeared during the current browser session. It contains no contact information and does not prevent access if browser storage is unavailable.
After Analytics opt-in, we also use optional session storage to retain a coarse discovery category, such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, another referring website or direct, and the first public page path. These values can be included in the internal inquiry notification to understand where inquiries originate. We do not store the full referrer URL, its query string or a visitor identifier for this feature. Referrer information may be absent or incomplete, so it is not an authoritative traffic report.
With your opt-in, Google Analytics measures page visits, successful inquiries, applications and email/phone link clicks. We send event categories and public page paths, not form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or submission references. Query strings and fragments are removed from the page address supplied to Analytics, and only the referring origin is used. Google also processes technical request data as part of its service. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Optional Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Essential only keeps the tag unloaded. Your choice is stored in local storage for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies are configured with a 90-day expiry. You can reopen Analytics preferences in the footer and withdraw consent; the website disables collection and removes its accessible Analytics cookies. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page.
Retention, access and requests
Inquiry and application records are kept to support follow-up and the relevant business review. An automated deletion schedule has not yet been configured. Contact hello@accenous.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted; we may need to verify the request and consider information that must be retained for an applicable business or legal reason.
Access to inquiry storage and email credentials is restricted through the server-side setup. This website does not expose the inquiry database for public browsing. No online system can promise absolute security.

Links to third-party tools, platforms, client access or supplied portfolio and résumé destinations lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review those services before sharing information with them.
