Share the business problem, the users affected, existing software, required integrations, a target launch window and any data restrictions. Include what your team can provide during discovery and who will approve the first release. If there is an existing product, identify the journeys that currently create delays or support requests.
For US delivery, also identify the decision-maker time zone, review availability and any vendor assessment process. We can then discuss the discovery work, release scope and collaboration model before proposing implementation.
